We stand behind our premium automotive components with a 30-day return window from delivery date. To qualify for returns:

  • Items must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging with all protective materials
  • Original purchase receipt or order confirmation required
  • All factory seals and protective coatings must remain intact

Non-Returnable Items

For safety and quality assurance, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Custom-fabricated or made-to-order exhaust systems
  • Opened chemical products (lubricants, additives, cleaning solutions)
  • Electrical components with broken anti-tamper seals
  • Special order items clearly marked as non-returnable at purchase
  • Clearance/closeout items sold "as-is"

Damaged or Defective Parts

In the rare event of shipping damage or manufacturing defects:

1.Notify us within 72 hours of delivery at titansonic_exhaust@163.com

2.Provide clear photos/video showing: 

  • External packaging damage
  • Product defects from multiple angles
  • Shipping labels

3.We will email a prepaid return label for approved claims

Heavy-Duty Parts Return Process

Due to the weight and size of our performance components:

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless we shipped wrong/defective items.
  • Returns over 50 lbs must use our approved freight carriers
  • Original packaging must be used - damaged packaging voids return eligibility
  • Forklift-accessible delivery required for palletized returns

Refund Processing

Refunds issued within 3-5 business days after warehouse inspection

Deductions may apply for:

  • Missing components or packaging
  • Installation attempts or modifications
  • Original shipping and handling fees

Refunds issued to original payment method
